Ingredients

  • 1 packet WE Savory Chicken Noodle Soup

  • ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp lower fat whipped cream cheese 

  • 1-2 tbsp diced pickled jalapeños

  • 1 tbsp jalapeno juice (optional)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • Optional garnish: extra jalapeño slices or green onion

  • Veggies to dip

Preparation

  1. Prepare the WE soup packet by mixing with 2 oz hot water until thick and paste-like; let cool slightly.

  2. In a bowl, stir together the WE soup base, Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, lime juice, jalapeño juice, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth and creamy.

  3. Fold in the chopped jalapeños and cilantro if using.

  4. Chill for 20 minutes to let flavors meld.

  5. Serve with sliced veggies or low-carb crackers
