About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 packet WE Hot Chocolate with Fiber

  • 1 scoop WE Veggies Plus – Berry

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup cold water

  • ½ cup frozen zucchini slices (peeled if you want a neutral color)

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1–1½ cups ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

  2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust:

    • Add more ice for a frostier texture

    • Add a splash more almond milk if too thick

  4. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately!
